Mexican Rice Balls Recipe

Ingredients are cooked rice(Mexican saffron rojo rice), eggs, frozen peas

Mozzarella cheese, oil,flour , salt, oregano, breadcrumbs, and tomato ketchup

Take a bowl, add chilled rice, eggs, peas, salt, and pepper and mix it together

Make balls of the rice mixture and fill a cube cheese in the center of them

Place three, separate bowls of flour, egg and breadcrumbs

Now deep each ball and egg, shake it in flour and coat it in breadcrumbs nicely

Deep fry the Mexican rice balls on medium heat until it’s golden brown and color

Take it out in a tissue paper, remove its excess oil from it

Serve it with tomato ketchup and parsley on top of it and your Mexican rice balls are read
