1. Choosing Almond

7. Baking the cake

Now you have to pour the batter of the cake into the cake tin. Remember that you don’t have to pour the cake batter to the full tin, you have to fill it with 3/4 of the cake tin. Then you have to tap it to flatten the batter then you have to add chopped almonds on the top of it. Then you have to bake  it until it’s nicely cooked. For checking the cake you have to pin a toothpick or the center of the cake if the toothpick comes out, clean that your cake is ready, otherwise bake it for sometime.

Presentation

After the cake is baked you have to cool it out for some time, then you have to demold it from the cake tin , then decorate the cake with powdered sugar, or the top of it with thin slices of lemon.
