Ingredients Of The Dish

To make coconut cake. All you need to have two and half cups of cake flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, half teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, three and half half cup of salted butter, one at two and half cup of granulated sugar, five large egg whites, half cup of sour cream, two teaspoons of pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of coconut extract, one cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1 cup of shredded coconut

For the coconut cream, all you need to have one cup of salted butter 8 ounces of full fat brick cream cheese, 5 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoon of coconut milk, half teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, half teaspoon of coconut extract, salt, 2 cup of sweet and shredded coconut.

Preparation Steps

1. Preheating the oven

5. Baking the cake

You have to bake the coconut cake for at least 21 to 23 minutes until it’s fully cooked and to check the cake you can use a toothpick in the center of the cake.
