Lemon Basil Zucchini Pasta Alfredo 

Ingredients are zucchini, salt, olive oil, jalapeño, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest , Parmesan, cheese, spaghetti, unsalted butter, and fresh basil

Salt the zucchini and toss it nicely after five minutes, clean the zucchini with water and kitchen towel, so that all salted water gets separate from it

Now take a large pot, heat it  over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, onion, salt, and cook until it is fragrant and soft. It will take nearly 2 to 3 minutes

Now add zucchini in it, then add the lemon juice, lemon just and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture is reduced down

Now boil the spaghetti pasta with a pinch of salt in water until it is cooked, also, add olive oil to avoid stickiness. After that, strain it and heat up a pan. Now cook the spaghetti in olive oil

Now cook the pasta with the sauce you prepared in medium heat and add lots of cheese in it, and also finish it with basil, cook it until it is perfectly done. The ingredients are mixed together nicely

Now take it out in a plate top it with Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil

And lemon, basil, zucchini, pasta, alfredo is ready
