Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients are boneless, chicken, cooking oil, soya sauce, light, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic, onion, broccoli, mirin and cornstarch

Take a pan, heat it over medium heat, fry the chicken in it until it is brown in color and well done

Now take a small bowl, add soya sauce, mirin ,sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and mix it together. Keep it aside

Now take a pan, add garlic in it and sauté it until it is fragrant, then pour the sauce in the pan add cornstarch and water mixture in it to thicken in the consistency

Stir it continuously for 2 to 3 minutes until it is shiny and thick, in consistency

Then add the chicken steamed broccoli and cook it for sometime

Lastly, garnish it green onion

And your teriyaki chicken is ready
